Q. What is the difference between a Virtual Tour and a 360 degree Panorama?
A. A 360 degree Panorama is a spherical image showing a single scene. It can be a stand alone image or linked together with other spherical images (either via clicking on hotspots within the
scene or clicking a drop-down menu). When linked together with other scenes it becomes a Virtual Tour. There can be any number of scenes within a Virtual Tour.
Q. Do I need a website to be able to show Virtual Tours?
A. No you don't. It would help of course but if you don't have a website, we can make other arrangements to showcase your Virtual Tour. It can be burnt onto a disc or we can
host it for you on our own website.
Q.Will everyone be able to view my Virtual Tour?
A. Most computers that have a broadband connection to the internet will be able to view your Virtual Tour. Our Tours require Adobe Flashplayer in order for someone to be able to
view on their web-browser. If they do not have flash-player, when they try to view the Virtual Tour they will be prompted on-screen to download it free of charge. It is estimated that 99% of internet enabled PCs
have flash player installed.
Q. I have seen other Virtual Tours on the Internet that can only be viewed via a very small window in the corner of the screen. Will my Virtual Tours be viewable on the whole computer screen?
A. VIRTUALTOURPRO only produce high resolution 360 x 180 Virtual Tours and panoramas. All of our tours can be viewed full-screen.
